What kind of cable wire cannot be recycled by the dry-type cable wire granulator?
There are so many kinds of waste wires that are recycled in the market. So, do you know what kind of waste wires can't be crushed and recycled by dry-type cable wire granulator? Suny Group takes you to know:
1. The waste wires such as electronic wire, shielded wire, flat cables and sheathed wire can be processed quickly by the automatic wire stripping machine, and do not need the cable wire granulator.
2. The waste wires with a lot of oil needs to be cleaned before being processed by the cable wire granulator.
3. If raw materials are crushed cable wires，they shall be checked to make sure no other metals contained within other than copper or aluminum, and the volume of copper and aluminum materials should not exceed 0.3cm3 to avoid damage to the cutters of the cable wire granulator.
4. The amount of waste wires to be processed by the dry cable wire granulator should be controlled to about 30% of the output of the machine, so as to avoid the accumulation of materials in the tail of the granulator.
How to Recycle Copper Wire?

The processing capacity of the dry cable wire granulator is 300-500kg/h (the processing capacity will vary depending on the processing materials). The recovery rate is >98% (the recovery rate depends on the thickness of the raw materials) and the purity of the discharge is >99.8%.
