Auxiliary machines contains vibrating screen, belt conveyor, magnetic separator and so on.
After crushing by rubber mill machine, we get rubber powder and granual mixed with steel and fiber. So rubber separator separates steel and rubber and selected by magnetic separator.
This can made pure rubber powder with 10-40 meshes (the mesh of rubber powder can be selected ). Rubber powder which don’t conform to the quality we need will be sent to the rubber mill machine for further crushing. This circular crushing process is a high tech which need no chemical materials, no waste gas, fluid and with low cost. The effect of magnetic separator could be above 99.9%
