During the crushing process, the equipment shreds the circuit board to a 15mm×20mm square, and then crushes it to 15 mesh particles. The raw materials for the crushing requirements are returned and re-crushed. For the recycling of equipment in the waste circuit board, metal and we use sealed production in the non-metallic separation process, which does not cause secondary pollution, and we have a professional purification dust collector.
The separation purity of the circuit board recycling equipment is over 99.5%. After circuit board raw materials are processed by the equipment, the metal powder, the resin powder and the fiber powder are separated. Generally, more than 85% of the metal powder is copper, and the remaining is rare elements, such as gold, silver, tin, palladium, and the market price is very high. In general, resin powder can be used in wood-plastic industry, plywood, plywood or filler. Fiber materials are used for insulation materials. Their market prospects are very broad, and wastes are comprehensively utilized to benefit the country and the people.
